• Manage, Monitor company fininacial activities including Strategic Financial Planning, banking relationships, fund raising, arranging letters of guarantees & letters of credit, Audits, Cash Flow, Working Capital, Asset Management, Budgeting, Cost Controlling, Receivables & Payables, Payroll, Bank related transactions, MIS Reporting, Internal Controls and Systems & Procedures Implementation. ensuring that all is in line with IFRS & internal control system.
• Monitored accounting entries including GL and other accounting records in addition to leading a finance team for proper handling of full spectrum of accounts, general ledger, receivables, payables, inventory, assets, payroll and VAT.
• Manage the closing of accounts and preparation of financial statements including project wise results conforming to IFRS and coordinate with auditors for on time finalization of accounts.
• Monitor and assure of control of project finances/ cash flows for each project in coordination with project managers, estimation, and purchase & stores departments on all parameters like payments to suppliers, subcontractors, labour, plant & machinery and overheads
• Manage the preparation of company financial strategy for all aspects of the Finance function including treasury, accounting, financial planning and cash management.
• Preparing annual budgets and forecasts for all the activities of the Company and actively monitor performance and adherence to budgetary targets including management reporting with variance analysis, proposals for corrective measures and decision support. Liaise with Banks for financial activities; review and upgrade banking facilities for the Company in line with the Company’s requirements.
• Design and implement procedures and processes which meet the requirements of the ERP, Improve and enforced compliance with business and financial control processes.
• Managing working capital and cash flow to meet the company liability by continuous monitoring the collection and payment flow based on its projection.
• Reviewing existing procedures and suggesting restructuring initiatives on key procedures in liaison with Systems and all other departments
• Provide Early warning system to highlight under or over expenditure.
• Reviews the VAT reconciliation to ensure that VAT input and VAT output is correctly computed.
