Responsibilities :-
• Plan, coordinate, and prepare year-end physical inventory counts, financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and schedules for year-end audit
• Prepare the managements and accounts reports
• Prepares monthly bank reconciliations and verifies accuracy of bank statements.
• Responsible for managing and controlling the Chart of Accounts
• Supervise, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy,
• Supervise and reconcile sub-ledger reports on monthly basis in addition to creating the financial trial balance
• Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking monitoring and control
• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
• Review and approve payment vouchers & journal entries
• Update and maintain the general ledger Sub-ledger to reflect the transactional activities
• Monitors the applied accounting system and recommends new and/or revised policies and procedures.
• Assist external auditors in ensuring that audits are completed timely through collaborating and providing required date
