- Job Responsibilities:
- Review the contract documents, drawings, bills of quantities, technical specifications
and inspection and testing plans
- Witness for materials delivery through inspection
- Ensure the materials storage as per manufacturer recommendation
- To stop the Non-compliance work and reporting to the manager
- To receive the Inspection request and ensure the quality of completed work
- To issue the Non conformance Notice for non compliance work
- Follow up for action against non closed NCN
- Attend periodic meetings with stakeholders
- Verifying the invoices with actual work progress
- Preparing the work progress report and update to the project manager
- Compliance with safety rules and regulations followed in site

Project : Construction of government schools
Client : General Directorate of Education-Hail
Review the contract documents, which include drawings and bills of quantities and
technical specifications
- Prepare the Site plan drawings for infrastructure project
- Supervising and implementation of all phases of the project from drilling to final
handing over
- Follow up and guide the work groups
- To distribute the work tasks and achieve the progress.
- Prepare lists of materials required for all phases of the project.
- Prepare the Quantity of completed work and ongoing abstracts submitting to the
Consultant and Owner.
- Preparation of monthly evaluation reports, which are provided by the owner and
consultant.
- Attend the committees formed to deliver the project sites and the delivery of primary
and final as a delegate to the contractor.
