Managing a GIS enterprise project, preparing the Project plan, budgeting, evaluating the project risks, project guidance, and monitoring and controlling, business analysis. Managing the project team.
Project manager on multiple projects with the rural affairs municipalities.
Assigned projects proposals from concept to present to the customer, identifying new clients as well as maximizing the project's profit.
Successfully managed projects lifecycles almost from bid proposals, presentation, cost estimating, budget, schedule, client meetings, negotiation, project team allocating, project development, delivery and closeout as per the following projects and clients’ names:
1. GIS strategic planning, Digital transformation using the Mobile Mapping solution in maintaining and updating the streets signage (Traffic safety department_ Western region municipality).
2. Project manager for two different projects (Land & property ownership & fully automation application). (Ownership extractions Geo-registration and data collection) Jeddah municipality.
Dar alriyadh Projects output:
Designed Geo-data model to the western region atlas maps, designed the signboards and built GIS applications for signboard maintenance.
Designed the applications installation guide and deployment in coordination with the projects teams.
Preparing the inception reports AS, and TO BE report. Furthermore, documenting the business requirements documents (BRD) for specific initiatives/ projects.
Planning, monitoring and executing the Digital transformation processes.
Building the geodatabases as per the business requirements.
Business process management re-engineering for the maintenance department (conducting a new standard business process workflow) organization chart restructuring and building the property and assets databases for Makah project municipality.
I was working closely with a team consisting of 10 persons in the (Deputy Government of Riyadh region for regional municipalities) when I was responsible for an enterprise GIS project establishment, preparing the Project plan, budgeting, evaluating the project risks and project guidance and monitoring and controlling the project as well.
GIS consultant- Riyadh municipality.
I was consulting a large governmental GIS program, which consisting of many projects (GPS network, aerial survey, 3D mapping, DEM, Cadastral map), where my main tasks concluded as per the following:
AL Riyadh base map, data maintenance and update of (ESRI Saudi Arabia was the contractor).
The maintenance and updating of AL Riyadh base map based on the aerial photogrammetry as a source of imageries.( Intergraph Saudi Arabia was the contractor)
Control points establishment for AL Riyadh city (Nwafedh consulting engineers was the contractor).
Project manager
Was responsible for the updating of Riyadh city plans and streets names maps project.
Supervised the data collection teams.
Designed the Naming & Numbering department’s atlas maps (A3/B5 size) supervision.
Mentoring and controlling web map application and data updates Updating.
Supervised and built an open source application based on map window engine.
Supervised the Data transformation and migration tasks.
