• Assist in Preparing the costs for the remodel works for equipment’s /civil works/labor costs/replacement and preparing the PO’s for the same
• Assist in preparing Facilities proposals, plans and monthly reports and maintaining the Facility inventory list for the College equipment’s/Apartments and supplies.
• Preparing & working on the Facilities Maintenance Daily site Inspections and Weekly Inspection Checklist and Routine Preventative Maintenance checklist on monthly basis and Summer Maintenance tasks.
• Organizing, Planning and Managing with the Technicians and carrying out the Buildings Facilities inspection to ensure the corrective actions and smooth operations.
• Participating and reviewing of plans, drawings and specifications for Building maintenance repair and remodeling projects.
• Inspecting on college Facilities Equipment’s, Shades, Parking lots, Asphalt repair, curbstones, Glass window heat protection, Furniture’s, Rain/Roof drain system, Tennis court, Outdoor lights etc.,
• Assist with monitoring the Project & Facilities maintenance budgets, scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.

• Follow up with F&B contractors to assist them preparing their stores and follow up on monthly payments to ACK.
• In charge and coordinating with Facilities technicians and cleanings staffs and participating in emergency operations meetings and special events organized by the college.
• In charge of Housekeeping sub-contractor co, Preparing the Checklist and reports for all the cleaning contract service for the Buildings and the premises and maintaining high quality and standards.
