Job Responsibility - Document Controller:

Process all incoming and outgoing project documentation and correspondence through the documents control system.
Receiving all incoming documents and forwarding them to the relevant department.
Recording, checking and tracking all incoming and outgoing project documents.
Prepare all submittals, methods of installation, testing check lists and inspection requests...etc.
Maintaining document logs for correspondence, material approval submittals, shop drawing, RFI (incoming & outgoing)
