Worked as main Contractor Construction
Manager at Ajyal ARAMCO housing project,
consists of 300 villas, my responsibilities are
finish target of villas on the date with
coordinating the man powers & materials
needed, wich must match specific
requirements of client throughout his
consaltancy approved.
Paschal Werk one of main Germany products
of concrete formwork compines, i worked in
Saudi Arabia branch as technical support for
Paschal products.
The projcts consists of 15 new School complex
of King Abdullah Projects for Eduction
(Tatweer Company for Education).
Major tasks were supervision the progress of
each complex comparing withe the rate of
contractor's payments, technically revisions for
drawings & make sure the work done at sites
according to the approved drawings with
requirements quality for both of work and
materials, and collect all documentation during
the period of project and other related issues
(governments permits)
The project was Medicine College of Taif
University. Worked as site coordinator for
concret work of project following planning
schedule and quantity surveyor for materials.
Also, i had to finished inspection by consaltant
with approval work.
Worked as site engineer at Information and
Communication Complex (ITCC) wich was
consist of 4 towers, my responsibility follow up
manpower and materials needed for one tower
at concrete stage only with coordinating with
MEP teams.
