Follows up the files with the credit department
Handles Reports-- MIS and Staff Evaluation and recommendation
Assists staff on administrative aspect.
Reviews and sending the daily sales report of all team to the Sales manager.
Coaches agents how to sell and assist customer inquiries
Strategizes on how to attain performance and getting in line with quality
Motivates agents and monitoring their progress
