اقوم بأداره فريق المبيعات لتحقيق الاهداف التى تراد من الشركه وتحقيق نمو لهذه المبيعات وايضآ اقوم بأداره الفرع لتجنب الوقوع في ايه اخطأ قد تقوم بأعاقه العمل واقوم بأداره 5 مشرفين للعمل بالتجزئه وبالجمله والهوريكا وكبار العملاء والمنازل.
1-Develop sales strategy for the areas teams based on market dynamics, and objectives.
2-Develop, Communicate, & Monitor KPIs with team leaders and distributors under supervision according to the overall department objectives.
3-Manage the company’s commercial & financial relationship with the distributors.
4-Manage sales channels branding and trade marketing activities.
5-Supervise the reporting process for the KPIs.
6-Achieve my regions quota and guarantee a strong channel fill for Juhayna.
7-Conduct trade joint visits with the team to ensure successful routing.
8-Ensure the availability of the company’s products stock levels in all channels.
1) Developing and Supporting the Team (Actively improves others’ skills, cooperate effectively, diplomatic conflict handler).
2) Integrity (Mutual trust, consistent with company ethics and values)
3) Execute the sales annual operating plan by reflecting the market needs.
4) Organize, control and motivate Distribution Center DC's supervisors & representatives to achieve sales targets within the agreed profit margins.
5) Train, develop and follow-up DC sales force compliance with Pepsico standards necessary to meet the current and long term needs of the sales department.
6) Regular market visits to monitor changes in the market situation and communicate these fluctuations on the proper timing to the Channel Manager.
7) Ensure the company’s product promotional plans are understood from the DC sales force team.
8) Develop accurate weekly CDF (customer demand forecasting)
9) Expanding distribution within the region as per AOP business plan.
10) Ensure proper execution for all new product initiatives.
11) Ensure proper execution of all merchandising and operational priorities.
12) Approve all the administrative transactions for the DC management (DC warehouse lease, daily sales invoicing cycle …etc.)
13) Ensure 100% of DC structure and Head Count of Sales Reps is complete at all times during the year and retain staff.
14) Ensure safety agenda and procedures are applied and implemented across the DC.
