- Manage All The certificates registration/renewal processes.
- Conduct the RMs & PMs suppliers audits/assessment inside KSA & outside as well such as China's suppliers & India's suppliers.
- Lead/Manage the validation process.
- Lead/Manage the process control teams.
- Lead/Manage the management of change process.
- Lead the strategic measurement team.
- Lead/Manage the company OGSM & KPIs.
- Investigating, tracking & closing all the customer/consumer complaints 100% on time with an effective systematic action plan.
- Lead the Quality incident investigation/tracking & closing process.
- Lead the SQM Shelf quality measure & PQM Plant quality measure process.
- Lead the QA I&D monthly meeting.
- Ensure that SO is providing all verification/approval of all standard working documents.
- Ensure the NCC score card review, completion & releasing on time.
- Provide the QA inputs to the Management of change process.
- Manage & control the QAC Budget.
- Lead the QAC team & the departmental QA leaders to deliver their job targets.
- Lead the process of reviewing, updating & releasing all the NCC documents, formats, procedures & SOPs.
I was a production manager handling all the related activities/tasks such as the production plan, KPIs, and ensuring the quality STDs at the same time.
I was a QC's section head handling all the related tasks & activities in order to ensure that all the STDs & specs are applied on place.
