• Supervise the Front Office operation and Housekeeping operations and assigned staff including
hiring, training and evaluating performance and scheduling work .
• Perform daily room and property inspection.
• Maintain guest service and satisfaction standard.
• Handling guest complain and guest service issue.
• Monitor all front office financial operations including group billing, verifying rate.
• Prepare Rooms Division budget.
• Work in partnership with guest service, reservations, Sales and Housekeeping to insure guest’s
need are determined and met in regards to room requirement.
* Participates in the selection of front office personnel.
* Trains, cross -trains, and retrains all front office personnel.
* Schedules the front office staff.

* Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.

* Monitor front office employee to ensure guest service warm attention and personal recognition
* Establish and maintain effective employee relation
* Coordinates with H.R department in employee related matters such as appraising and consulting
* Identifies training needs and support in developing formal training plans
* Promote inter-hotel sales and in house facilities
* Prepare statistical and forecast reports
* Monitor and control department cost
* Solve all guest complains
* Responsible for hiring, training, supervision and discipline of all Front Desk, Reservation and Guest Services staff members in order to maintain the desired level of service and in keeping with service standards.
* Responsible for motivating personnel so that they perform to the best of their abilities and setting an example by your own performance and enthusiasm.
* Working regular shifts at the front desk and reservations
* Preparing bi-weekly payroll.
* Prepared to work or re-arrange work schedule as required in case of any absence.
* Responsible for checking groups, conferences and visitors. Make copies of rooming lists; Housekeeping should receive a copy a.s.a.p. with arrival time noted, all other copies should remain in the group file until the group arrives.
