Administering, supporting and troubleshooting different LAN’s at Different locations within the city, maintaining inventory and co-coordinating with hardware and software vendors.
1. Configure, build and test IBM compatible PC’s.
2. Install and test different packages of operating systems and software applications.
3. Install and configure printers and different peripherals
4. As part of the network consulting team, I was part of the following project implementation, doing the software configuration of Windows 2000 servers and Internet Information Server. I gained valuable experience from team members and on site problems regarding TCP/IP protocol subnet planning, network congestion control and fault tolerance planning.
• Implementation and designing the Mail system for THE CAPITAL MARKET AUTHORITY using MS-Exchange 2000, Support through contract agreement
• Managing and servicing the following account :
1. Abu Dhabi Bank (Egypt branch)
2. ABC Bank
3. Schlumberger petroleum
4. Total petroleum
