Coordination with International design consultant, Supervising the construction, Management of site, monitoring quality and time plans versus actual situation
Managing the subcontracts, managing the contractor team to achieve the project time, cost, quality goals, issuing all required construction variations comparing the contract to the consultant instructions, issuance of monthly payments.
Coordination of all design modifications requested by the owner, reviewing and approval of the variations submitted by the contractor, follow up with supervision staff on submittals and workshop drawings, issuance of monthly progress report .
Resident engineer works such as applying all site management procedures, workshop drawings review and approval, Monitoring project progress actual vs planned, preparation monthly progress reports, review and issuance of monthly payments.
Being the project manager of projects related to public authority of youth and sports as well as ministry of health.
Site engineer/Structural design Engineer, Preparation of contract documents, structural design drawings, all site inspection and quality control applications.
