Pathways / Fiber runner / Tie Cables design review for all STC exchanges & Date Centers arround KSA includind site vistit, drawings and cost estimates.
Responsible for Technical specifications, Material submittals, Method of statement, Testing Commissioning plan, Inspection Test Plan and O&M Manuals and all passive networks Documents (RFI, RFP, ...etc.) in compliance with Project specifications.
Responsible for on-site coordination with other disciplines ( Electrical, Mechanical contractors)
Working as a Technical advisor for Saudi Telecom Company (STC).
Attend all technical meetings and submit responses to all technical clarifications and
concerns.
Responsible for initiating Scope of Work (SOW) and following up with contractors till
Handing-Over phase.
Responsible for reviewing and approval of final BOQ and As-Built Drawings.
Ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and
design instruction.
• Preparing SCS shop drawings & As-Built package (+7000 Drawings) including SCS Master Plans, Rack Elevations, Termination Schedules, Communication Rooms layouts, Riser diagram and Telecom grounding and bonding drawings.
• Preparing ISP (Inside Plant) & OSP (Outside Plant) detailed drawings and all related diagrams.
• Responsible for preparing bill of quantities (BOQ) for SCS system and following up
with commercial & procurement managers
• Preparing all technical documents (MTS, MOS, ITP, T&C Plan)
• Coordinate and produce detailed pathway designs (Trays, Ladders, Fiber Runner and Wyr-Grid) to support inside and outside plant cabling infrastructure, including fill calculations.
• Responsiple for communication with vendors / suppliers for technical support and
material delivery.
• Responsible for on-site coordination with other disciplines such as, Architectural, Interior’s, Electrical, and Mechanical contractors.
• Support onsite project execution and project proposals, and initiates detailed work outlines.
• Ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instruction.
• Familiar with all aspects of installation, testing & commissioning & site survey of light current, Security & Network Infrastructure.
• Reading all light current, Fire alaram system, Security & Network Infrastructure Design & Shop drawings.
• Reviewing shop drawings / material submittals / quantities as well as low current system, and ensuring that the calculations are accurate for the work.
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant for use in the construction. .
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Comply to the approved master plan.
• liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings upon request to keep them informed of progress.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and monitoring the work of any subcontractors.
• Writing detailed progress reports & escalate any arisen risks.
• Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensuring that regulations are adhered to.
• Design Low Current systems (structure cable, fire alarm address, CCTV Access control & Audio Video)

• Coordinating with concerned people from other departments and sites(consultants, architects and clients and informed them of the progress of the project.)
