Maintaining the best quality at site due to strict monitor, and issuing the required procedures (NCR, site instructions) due to site conditions.
Conduction all ITR(inspection and testing request), MVR (material verification request) for all civil activities
Following carefully the progress, the manpower in site due to the approved baseline programme.
Following pending items in approvals(engineering, materials, authorities), procurement, due to updated logs.
Checking contractor’s daily report.

Quantity survey and tendering of the new projects.
Taking over all contacts with the clients, the consultants, the suppliers, and the municipality.
Projects planning and following of execution progress.
Responsible for sub contractors agreements and payments..
Following the handover procedures of completed villas.
Daily sites visits for quality control.

Supervision of all construction, engineering, excution deatails of private villas projects
