• Making stakeholders management plan & action plan & report to PWA.
• Interface management to work with Ital interface director to sort our site interface with other stakeholders and to report to PWA.
• Managing two AOR consultants to assure the completion of MME permits on time.
• Following the approvals of DC1 & DC2 up to obtain the final permit.
• Involving in technical discussion with BPC engineers to deliver the final permits.
• Following the supervisor consultant to assure getting the completion certificate.
• Making obstruction report to the client and recommended action plan.
• Preparing the weekly report to client with all recommended actions.
• Preparing all requested RFI’s, RO’s & DR’s using the QPRO & QDRS.
• Getting all requested approvals from related stakeholders.
• Coordinate with client & end-user to obtain the PCC & FCC .
• Authorized by PWA to validate other stakeholders permits in QPRO & QDRS.
• QPRO & QDRS reviewer to approve related DR’s & RO’s of other PWA stakeholders.
• Representing PWA Project in front of governmental entities.
• Attending all PWA progress meeting & other related coordination meetings with the end-user.

•Interface Manager is responsible for all interfaces across the project including external authority approvals.
•Mange AOR company to fulfil with contract requirements for the project.
• Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring as the point of interaction between the various technical elements of the project, and the stakeholders involved, in order to minimize conflicts between all parties involved.
• To assist in the coordination procedures required with AOR, Design and Technical, Procurement and Construction Departments and participating in interface meetings.
•To provide necessary support to teams based on various project sites and coordination with internal and external agencies, project management teams and consultants to receive approvals in time based on construction program.
• To liaise and to provide necessary support to project teams in obtaining approvals from local authorities prior and during the construction stages.
• To obtain permits prior to commencement of the site works as applicable to the individual Sites’ requirements.
• To guarantee to obtain all necessary permits and approvals with all relevant authorities.
• To coordinate and provide necessary support to project and construction managers on site.
• To ensure that the works carried out by construction team is in line with local authorities’ requirements and standards, and meeting the required standards as per the individual project requirements.
• To ensure that the team is fully complying with HSE procedures.
• To keep company staff updated with rules and regulations set by government authorities.
