Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming showroom environment. Demonstrate expert knowledge of the product and highlighting features and benefits to potential buyers. Build and maintain relationships with clients, guiding them through their requirement until in purchasing process. Stay up-to-date with the new products / services. Manage administrative tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records. Oversee showroom appearance and vehicle displays, coordinating cleaning services and maintaining inventory accuracy. Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and After-sales services) Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue with the product updates. Resolve client inquiries and complaints to ensure high level of customer satisfaction Helping customers to get the bank loan assistance and better Insurance policy. Coordinate with service department In addition, solve customer Technical difficulties and issues. Informing customers free service campaign and helping customers to get the warranty claims. Visiting customer’s locations for checking the product performance and issues. Calling prospect customers and arrange meeting with customers related to business
