• Conducted site audits on quality, maintenance and HSE issues on a weekly basis which ensures installation and work quality is practiced at all times.
AT Precision Tooling Sdn. Bhd. Is a manufacturing company specializing in the machining process using Computer Numeric Control (CNC) machines to manufacture complex and custom made parts.
Accomplishments:
• Gained practical knowledge on the manufacturing and fabrication process of customized metallic parts and frames using CNC and laser cutting machines.
• Conducted product planning from design to manufacturing by accounting materials, machinery and human resource planning which aided in production efficiency and prevented manufacturing backlogs.
• Reduced manufacturing wastage and costs by checking technical drawings and machinery adjustments for errors and dimension adjustments.
