RESPOSIBILITIES:
* Provides professional, thorough internet phone for end users.
* troubleshoot the exist problem at the customer side and try to resolve it via phone.
* IN case IF couldn’t resolve the issue for the end user over the phone. Make a trouble ticket to as escalation our head office in Cairo Egypt or in Canada if needed by internet application (oracle - java - CRM). To contact the end user and relocate the issue then solves it, from the customer side if needed.
* Responsible to troubleshoot siriusxm radio products.
*working in multi jobs (technical support AND customer service and sales agent also, creates a new account. Or transfer to cancel or merge between accounts or VSP vehicle sold process as we transfer the subscription from one radio to another.
* replace, checking the company product or troubleshoot it if needed.
* As a telesales agent I call as out bound call, expected customers, explain our company products and what should do when it breaks, and what should you do to subscribe once he receives the product by our courier service
( UPS - Canada post).
RESPOSIBILITIES :
* Provides professional, thorough and timely user support for office users As well As remote Dial-In and VPN. this includes resolving desktop, laptop, printers (mainly HP) and other hardware issues as well as issues with proprietary software applications.
* Coordinates printer services for HESS Egypt. First point of contact for all printer problems, toubleshoots as appropriate and oganizes external services to resolve issues. Involves a degree of vendor management.
* Administrates HESS Egypt desktop inventory which involves ordering equipment, recording asset information and tracking coding of expenses for PCs to ensure accurate cost center allocation.
