• As a Manager - ELV I was tasked to lead the delivery of the main elements of the smart city, at the heart of that was the Master Systems Integrator (MSI) package, the MSI contract is a 150 million dollar contract to deliver 40+ services/systems intended to differentiate the development and transform it into a smart city.
• One of my main roles was to lead the delivery of the MSI package technically, commercially and contractually. I was leading a team of technical consultants to ensure systems and services delivered by the MSI are technically compatible and as per the business requirements, ensure the delivery is within time, cost and quality.
• The delivery of the MSI has been very successful, services are delivered as expected and we managed to do some cost savings.
• I was also ensuring that all the elements of the MSI are well integrated and coordinated with other systems provided by the various contractors working at the development, this was critical to ensure the end result will be successful and the overall smart city concept will be achieved.
