Responsible of the coordination between all the project’s activities technical,  construction,   procurement,  planning,  commercial that leads to  handing over stage (TOC & Completion certificates  for group  of projects

- Coordinate and follow up with the engineer on all issues pertaining to the project design.
- Leading the project team to prepare the project Schedule, setting targets and forecast dates in order to meet the client milestones, in addition to review the budget of the project.
- Follow up the stakeholder requirements in the initial stage with regards to the testing and reports including geotechnical report & Environmental reports.
- Follow up the authorities requirements with regards to the permits in the initial stage.
- Coordinate bidding and selection of sub-contractors, negotiate final pricing, coordinate pre award meetings and assist/review the preparation of the contract.
- Ensure the flow of all shop drawings, material submittals
- Follow the procurement processes and delivery of materials, plant and equipment as well as the required man power to ensure the achievement of the targeted schedule.
- Prepare and review the interim progress, interim payments as well as the review subcontractors payments and provide approval of same
- Review all change order requests related to the project for both the main contractor and the subcontractors.
- Monitor site activities to maintain the setting targets and the forecast completion dates.
- Monitor the project cash flow.
- Coordinate the regular progress meetings with the stakeholders as well as the site progress meetings with the site team and subcontractors.
- Ensure taking over and Punch list preparation and follow-up at project close out
- Follow taking-over and handing-over procedures, ensure the handing over punch list preparation and ensure snag/defects rectification completion.
- Coordinate move-in times with management team

Structural engineer: (check and review shop-drawing, steel rebar and form work, preparing B.B.S. for steel, coordinate between design and architectural and mechanical drawings)
