Compile and present stock reports to the management
•Ensure stock is maintained properly as per the company direction.
•Familiarity with supply chain processes (inventory planning, warehouse management, purchasing cycle).
•Ensure reasonable stock levels are maintained to avoid under stocking and over stocking.
•Plan, supervise and coordinate cyclic stock audits/ annual stock taking.
•Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices.
•Set invoices up for payment.
•Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
•Assist with month end closing.
