•Reem Mall- Abu Dhabi, UAE. Reem Mall Project is a super-regional mall located in Abu Dhabi Reem Island and is the largest commercial mall in Abu Dhabi with GFA of 260, 000m2 and approx. budget of $1 Billion dollars.

•BILTMORE HOTEL -AL RIYADH, KSA. The Development consists of a 5 star hotel with 258 keys operated by millennium for their Biltmore brand; with a built up area of 60, 662.14 m².

•PARSONS REGIONAL HEADQUARTERS- Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Design intent is to create a grade (a) office building based on the British council for offices standards which shall make the development one of few in the region to provide such high standard office space.

•MODON-DAMAM, KSA. Modon is a modern residential development in Dammam, KSA. Project includes a variety of Detached, Semi-Detatched Villas and townhouses within a complete newly built community.

•Midfield Terminal Complex- Abu Dhabi Airport, UAE.
-Preparation of all Estidama requirements such as Estidama Strategy and Tracking Sheets.
-Estidama material questionnaire preparation for material submittal as per project specification.
-Coordinating with suppliers for documents and test reports as per sustainability and environmental construction specification requirements.

•Abu Dhabi Ladies Club (ADLC) - Abu Dhabi, UAE. Prepared the detail design, Tender Design and created presentation. Owner is Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC).
•Abu Dhabi Traffic Management Center (ADTMC) Head Quarter Office - Abu Dhabi, UAE. Prepared the detailed plan and created presentation. Owner is Department of Transportation (DOT). The Total GFA is 29000 Sq.m (B2+G+2) Floors. The Total preliminary costs estimate 80 Million DHs.
•Refurbishment of 8 Schools - Abu Dhabi, UAE. Remodeling and Improvement for 8 existing schools (all ages). Working under Musanada developments and services for the Government of Abu Dhabi., UAE The Total preliminary costs estimate 350 Million DHs.

•AL Dhafra Sport Academy - Western Region, UAE. Prepared the detail design, Tender Design and created presentation. Owner is Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC).
•Community Sport Facility Western Region, UAE. Prepared the detail design, Tender Design and created presentation. Owner is Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC).
