- Formulate Project Team, Define milestones for New Products Introduction.
- Determine infra-structure, Facilities and machinery requirements based on the prospective demand and Process mapping for the related new Products’ Production Lines
- Ensure that SMART targets are set and program objectives are met while operating within established budget/cost parameters and schedule.
- Identify opportunities for improvement; Develop and implement corrective actions in according with the project progress.
- Define Responsibility matrix and communication/Reporting flow.
- Track plans progress and determine the appropriate corrective actions for deviations.
- Co-operates and communicate with customers and suppliers in order to meet the objective of developing or introducing a quality product in a cost effective manner.
- Support and implement Company mission, vision and values to Ensure Company’s superiority in its field.
- Leading engineers, technicians & operators to maintain production process engineering activities and effectiveness.
- Managing products design changes in line with customer requirement’s
- Apply continuous improvement methods such as lean manufacturing to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems.
- Monitoring projects KPI’s and set targets for all related functions
- Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve products & reduce costs using new assembly methods.
- Ensure factories layout, workspace & equipment effective utilization to achieve maximum efficiency
- Develop budgets and approve expenditures for supplies ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets.
- Follow the documentation procedure as per ISO/TS 16949 and prepare the project documents for internal and external audit
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.

- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Following up on the control of process inputs/outputs through the production lines and find solutions to the related process problems.
- Set the project plan with other departments to state the work schedule that will be followed to introduce the new project or implementing a change required by customer.
- Manage and co-ordinate between different departments (Planning, Quality, and Operation) to achieve a well managed process of production.
- Contact with the mother company in United Kingdom & suppliers around the world to handle any engineering issues with product parts.
- Implement design changes on the product.
- Responsible for the MRP data base system, Bill of Material for the projects (FORS system).
- Setting all manufacturing and assembly operation processes.
- Designing, optimizing and improving the operation of equipments and facilities to increase the productivity& overall efficiency.
- Approving manufacturing/process improvement ideas.
- Maintenance of various types of vehicles (trucks & buses) Volvo, SCANIA, Mitsubishi & Hyundai.
- Maintenance the vehicles chassis & diesel engines overhaul maintenance.
- Vehicles Fault tracing & problem solving.
- Manage with customers the overhaul service plan of the engines, gearboxes, differentials.
- Send the vehicle customers findings & repeated problems to the manufacturing site quality.
- Responsible for new comer’s workshop trainings (engineers + technicians).
- Responsible on Production lines input/output for military & civilian products & equipments (cutting, metal forming, machining, welding, parts combination & installation)
- Setting all manufacturing and assembly process standards
