•Indicate Room finishes schedules: provide detailed schedules keyed to the finish schedule, to include finishes materials for floors, walls, & ceiling with special features noted on a per room basis. •Indicate interior finishes. In terms of floor, wall, ceiling materials, to include drawings cross referencing. •Indicate floor design material, floor transition, to include enlarged details for floor pattern. •Indicate ceiling design level, design elements, lighting fixture types & location, A/C elements location, coordinated with firefighting elements location, to include enlarged detailed level sections. •Indicate material, decorative elements, wall profile, & finished placement, to include enlarged details. •Indicate built-in & fixed furniture details, to include plans elevation, enlarged details & finishes. •Provide plans to indicate anticipated location, configuration & size of furniture, it is reference plan for FF & E. •Indicate locations, typical signs/signage details & signage schedule

•Prepare renovation designs for clients.

•Built Working drawings, Detailing, 3d Modeling based on information provided by customers and engineers.

•Software/tools: AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit Architecture, 3ds Max.
