-Doing our daily briefing and delegate tasks between the employees and make sure that tasks is done and if it's not done i pass it to the next shift.
-Supervising on the employees during my shift and making sure that the operation during the shift run in a smooth way.
-Helping the employees in their tasks during the rush hours to make sure that our guests are satisfied because the most important thing in our career is the timing and our quality of services .
*My task list are:
- Giving information to our guest about the hotel facilities and also our destination.
-Doing the check in and check out procedures .
-Handling guest complains as fast as we can and make sure to have our guest feed back after that .
- Checking the pending issues in our paper work or guest complains .
-I should make our team works in harmony and we can start from the team interests if there are any thing common between them such as football matches and out gathering and so on .
