1-Manage ongoing profitability of the residential compounds and ensuring revenue with carry out costs savings
2-Preparation of the Strategic residential compounds Plan, Development of the Annual Work Plan on the basis of compounds priorities and put residential compounds management standards
3-preparation, presentation and achievement the annual Operating Budget for the residential compounds
4-Establishment of effective cost-recovery mechanism for the residential compounds to ensure that the residential compounds are self-sustaining
5-Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for Units and the services on target and accurate.
6-Create a new residential compounds brand and preparation the long term strategic plan with feasibility study for every project
7-Supervise and direct the work of the service providers and handover of the units as per the time-frame, resolve daily maintenance requests, monitors all service providers as per contracts and reviews their performance, coordinates with contractors and service providers for all aspects of facility management (cleaning, pest control, waste management, preventive and corrective maintenance) and assets record with labeling and classification of all assets in the system
8-Oversee the management and operation of the residential compound by providing leadership and motivation to the operations team and effectively communicate with staff through training
