Project:
The Nile Corniche Project - St. Regis hotel- Cairo.
Project consist of (4B+7 Podiums+ Two towers/ 36 Floors)
-Controlling all aspects of the works including, planning, engineering and site works.
-Provides technical reviews of MEP subcontractor’s procurement, delivery schedule, manpower to assure compliance with the requirement of the contract.
-Delegate work to the project team and monitor the progress to completion.
-Provides mechanical works inputs to the monthly look ahead program and policing that all works are done in strict accordance to the program.
-Ensuring that all works are done in compliance with approved Safety, QA/QC, ITP and Method Statement procedures.
-Provides on a weekly basis all issues requiring solution by construction engineers.
-Ensuring all mechanical design changes are properly managed via notice of variations and also assisting in the cost analysis process.
-Participation in construction meeting with Engineers, Project Managers and Client
Project:
Kidzania Project/ Cairo Festival City -5th community, Cairo.
Project Description: (G+2 Floors) building, M&E plant rooms, infrastructure, landscape& parking areas.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor all quality related activities on site.
• Conduct all internal& external inspections and material tests liaising with the Engineer on behalf of MIVAN and its subcontractors.
• Verify quality requirements are specified to construction team, subcontractors and vendors.
• Applying project quality system management documentation on site.
• Monitor the remedial works and corrective action on site for all issued nonconformance reports.
• Assist the Quality manager on all quality related issues.
• Assist site personnel in the investigation and reporting of no-conformances
• Identify and perform preventive and corrective actions within site management team to enhance continual improvement.
Project:
New Tripoli international Airport/ Libya
Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting the Mechanical Systems Department (HVAC, Plumbing & Fire) on all aspects of design and for construction Stage
Other Duties:
-Review engineering design packages for constructability issues.
-Review and respond to subcontractor’s technical queries.
-Coordinate between site work and design office work according to the priority and Schedules.
-Coordinate between mechanical and other disciplines (Electrical, Structure& Architectural).
-Attending design team meeting, coordination-progress meetings, review MEP shop drawings, technical submittals, site supervision and witnessing all tests required.
-Preparing site progress reports related to HVAC, Firefighting and Plumbing systems according to plans, schedules, concept of engi-neering and quality.
-Cavity shop drawing preparation related to HVAC, Firefighting and Plumbing systems.
-Hydraulic calculation for the Chilled water requirements on the start-up of the chilled water plant.
Projects and Responsibilities:
Supervision and following building mechanical services (HVAC, Fire fighting, Plumbing), relevant submittal of materials and shop drawings approval, coordination, installation at site, quality control and site inspections for the following projects:

-(G+6+GYM) Residential building for Mr. Badr El Jazeeri at Al-Warqaa 1st/Dubai
-(2B+G+4+HC) Commercial& offices building for Mr. Bin Sal-loum at Al Garhood/Dubai
-(2B+G+M+6+GYM) Hotel& Residential apartments at Al-Barshaa 1st/Dubai
-(B+G+8+GYM) Residential& Offices building at Al-Barshaa 1st/Dubai
-(B+G+4) Residential& Shops at Al-Qusais 2ND/Dubai
-(B+G+1+GYM) Commercial building at Merdif/Dubai
-(2B+G+P+19) Twin residential tower for Mr. Al-Youssuf at Ju-mirah Village South /Dubai
-(3B+G+19) Residential tower for Mr. Al-Wazzan at Jumirah Village South /Dubai
Project:
New terminal building 3 Cairo Airport/ Egypt
Responsibilities:
-Responsible and managing all work related to HVAC (Chilled/hot water piping, ductwork, Air terminals, Air handling unit and Central extract fans), Plumbing at main building.
-Coordinate between site work and design office work according to the priority and Schedules.
-Coordinate between mechanical and other disciplines ex. electrical, structural & architectural.
-Provide daily site progress reports related to Hvac and Plumbing systems with coordination to plans, concept of engineering and quality.
-Preparing& submitting inspection requests related to HVAC and Plumb-ing systems for the Engineer approval.
-Preparing for the commissioning and startup according to the proce-dures.
