Receive medicines and medical supplies from suppliers,
Check quantity, batch number, expiry date, and product condition.
Maintain proper stock records and inventory reports.
Arrange medicines according to storage requirements
Monitor near-expiry and expired items.
Issue medicines and supplies to pharmacy staff/departments.
Maintain FIFO/FEFO system (First In First Out / First Expiry First Out)
Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and update stock in ERP/software
Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for shortages
Conduct daily, weekly, or monthly stock audits
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store area
Ensure proper temperature storage for sensitive medicines
Handle returns, damaged stock, and discrepancies
Maintain documentation according to health regulations
Prepare stock reports for management.
