HVD (Hosted Virtual Desktop) management and migration project
were
created for specific users or as part of the BCP (Business Continuity
Plan).
Creation was done using VMware Horizon and management of HVDs
was done using VMware VSphere.
When specific problems occurred and the Service Desk (level 1
support and level 2 support) could not solve them, I was responsible
for solving the problems.
Technologies and methodologies used in the project :
- Managing Operating System : Win7 Pro, Win10 Pro, Win2008 Server,
Win2012 Server, UNIX / LINUX.
- Managing the IT System Infrastructure via scripts (PowerShell, VBS
scripts + WMI).
- Managing the IT Network Infrastructure.
- 2&3 rd level support for users.
