As a Trainer, my main duties and responsibilities are as follows:
• Structure a training sequence according to the company's requirements and the profile of the participants.
• Prepare the presentation and teaching aids.
• Use facilitation techniques That encourage group dynamics.
• Defining training assessment methods.

• Interpret assembly and welding drawings and instructions, of HVAC equipment solution.
• Prepare the parts to be welded by carrying out the necessary treatments (polishing, blunting, cleaning)
• Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method according to requirements.
• installation of components for welding according to specifications.
• Use MIG and SMAW welding process.
• Materials used: structural steel and thin sheet metal (16 GA to 3/8 ).

• Participate in the supervision and follow-up of the trainees, accompany, motivate and support the trainees in their acquisitions.
• Train trainees using a variety of teaching methods (face-to-face group training, alternating training, distance learning, etc.)
• Lead and follow training actions in HVAC Engineering, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) and refrigeration.
• Lead and follow training actions in manual and semi-automatic welding technology (SMAW and MIG MAG )

• Participate in the supervision and follow-up of the trainees, accompany, motivate and support the trainees in their acquisitions.
• Train trainees using a variety of teaching methods (face-to-face group training, alternating training, distance learning …..)

Lead and follow training actions of modules related to
• Requirement of Safety in HVAC and Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
• Application of Engineering Hand tools, Air conditioning tools and Materials.
• The Fundamentals of Advanced air Conditioning & Refrigeration
• Refrigerants in Advanced air Conditioning & Refrigeration (CFC, HCFC, HCF, HFO(R1234 yf) )
• Domestic and Industrial Air-conditioning (Maintenance, Repair and Troubleshooting)
• Perform servicing of electrical & electronic control test, installation, wiring, fault finding & remedial measures of different split AC.
• Basic of General Electrical (test relay, capacitors & OLP’s, Faults…)
• Components and Classification of Air Conditioners (Chilled Water System, DX Systems, )
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
