My main tasks were overseas & local Purchasing, Logistic & Sales Activities.
I was In charge of all material or equipment orders from all FACTORY departments. Prepared purchase check budget approvals. Handle the Placing the requisition according to requester demand & as FACTORY policy either overseas or local.
Then followed up requisition via incoming telexes, e-mails, & outing for all the different consignments arriving through Airport or Port of Sudan. I had learned extensive knowledge of freight procedures, custom formalities, etc. I had also been dealing very often with the Ministry of Commerce, and concerned Ministry. Since then I was involved with them in many aspects, which were directly related to my responsibilities FOR SALES TASK. I was nominated by head office to supervise and secure all their left behind assets lying at contractor's locations to re-export or sell materials, equipment, etc, in accordance with head office of the FACTORY & Sudan Government policy. Made sure purchasers paid custom duty before sold items were released from Factory locations. Made sure sales bidding ware done. Had reports done for both Government Authors and Factory Head Office Handle All these reports were required with software & programmed as FACTORY POLICE?
