1- Prepare the work schedules for shift Engineering, condition Monitoring and planned maintenance.
2- Analyze Machines failures and determine the reasons for it, and put suitable plan to prevent it happens again.
3- Specify the quantity and specifications of needed spare parts, bearing, mechanical seals, raw materials etc.
4- Ensure the safety of booth manpower and equipment to deliver high quality product and service.
5- Make the work arrangement by SAP software that connects all Angel Yeast Factories together.

7- Collecting, Organizing, and Creating the Data Base and Maintenance Plan for the Equipment
1- Make Designs for several Equipment (Crushers, Belt Conveyors)
2- Use Reverse Engineering to modify materials and spare parts of many factories like Shafts, Pulleys, Gears, Mechanical Seals, Packing Machines Spare Parts and Rollers etc.
3- Manufacture and Fabricate all component of machines.
1- Machine installation in the construction period (Pumps, Blowers, Mixers, Gear Boxes, Fans, Chillers, Plate Heat Exchangers, vacuum Filters and Centrifugal Separators).
2- Supervise the construction team in some constructions (Pipe Lines, Tanks, HVAC Ducts and Steel).
3- Give Training for the new staff (Engineers and Technicians).
4- Make Maintenance for all factory machines (Centrifugal Pumps, Gear Pumps, Vane Pumps, Screw Pumps, Plunger Pumps, Centrifugal Blowers, Roots Blowers, Mixers,
Gear Boxes, Chillers, Speed Variators, Fans, Plate Heat Exchangers, Cooling Towers, Vacuum Filters and Centrifugal Separators).
5- Certified to overhaul Alfa Laval Separator CX 520S.
1- Work in the Overhaul Line of Alpha Jet (Fighter Air Plane).
2- Maintenance and Repair of Hydraulic Jacks and Cranes.
3- Some Military Responsibilities
1- Overhaul Hydraulic Pumps (Piston Pumps, Swashplate Pumps and Gear Pumps).
2- Manufacturing process for several products.
