Gauge and report business performance of ADNOC’s three large Refining &
Petrochemicals companies
• Setting of Performance contracts for the three Refining & Petrochemicals
companies on behalf of the director, through translation of ADNOC’s key
strategies into Key Performance Indicators
• Create the process to apply a yearly Balanced Scorecards system, utilizing the
corporate governance structure
• Monthly tracking of the companies business performance
• Business analysis and reporting outcomes, including recommendation of actions
to sr. management
• Assist the change management directives, through setting the foundation for
the new Refining & Petrochemicals performance management department
• Advise in setting department strategic initiatives and method of tracking
progress

Obtain complete knowledge required to conceptualize, design and produce
small arms through working with different Research and development groups in
the industry
• Establish a Research & development department in the field of small arms
within the UAE
• Design the company’s high performance product line
• Manage the R&D department’s activities and lead the department’s team
• Support production operations through troubleshooting quality and production
issues
• Establish working procedures for the department including the change
management process

Monitor and direct FERTIL’s projects on behalf of the majority shareholder
“ADNOC”
• Represent ADNOC in technical coordination committee to endorse FERTIL’s
operational actions, strategies and activities
• Optimize capital costs involved in conducting activities within FERTIL
• Represent ADNOC in FERTIL’s tender committee
• Took a temporary role in managing the “FERTIL 2” project (a parallel plant”
during closing and commissioning phases
• Assisted FERTIL’s “Strategy Development” department with the development of
alternative business concepts that can enhance FERTIL’s resilience

Managing Industrialization activities for high performance pistol projects
• Take part in planning product life cycle with General manager team
• Provide technical assistance to other firearms development teams

Planning and coordination of maintenance activities
• Take part in physical maintenance activities of major equipment
