Analyze team performance and identify development plans if required.
Ensure strict compliance and implementation of EHS policy prepare modules and safety objectives and render training where required to all subordinates.
Prepare and manage capital and operational expenditure requirement for the assigned residence unit efficiently.
Prepare work schedule, plan, organize and supervise the work of housing team to manage leave and absence to ensure 24x7 coverage of the residences.
Demonstrable knowledge (Know How) of MEP equipment, contracts etc. Develop business continuity and emergency management plans. efficiently manage daily misconduct, grievance handling and counseling for the residents.

Established Student Residence policy, Code of Conduct, procedure and guidelines for Zayed University.
Established service provider scope for student housing within Zayed University.
Identified and established student housing operational process map in Zayed University.
• Supervising more than 45 Students in the housing facility, including security, staff and cleaners.
• Organizing events, trips and meetings for staff and students.
• Preparing all the Emirate IDs, residencies, in addition to opening new accounts for the
international students.
• Creating hiring materials and evaluation tools for professional staff.
• Supervising graduate students and professional staff members.
• Writing down the housing policies, regulations and procedures.
• Supervised, trained and evaluated 2 Resident Assistants
• Communicating with MOPA, Embassies and any third party that is linked with the students.
• Provided 24-hour duty coverage for crises interventions.
• Counseling students and providing support and encouragement.
• Establishing interactive relationships among new students and staff.
• Assisted to finalizing the process of a lost passport for a foreign student.

Internship - Human Resources General Services:
• Completed approximately 20 employee clearances in one week including issue and renewal of Emirates ID.
• Working in a team of four people coordinating the processes

• Training other employees on HR Procedures
Bachelor of Arts in International Studies Zayed University, Abu Dhabi
Bahrain University (finished 10 subjects) in Applied Science, I dropped the Studies there because it have not met my goals of participation and success.
