-Establish a weekly planning for duty drivers
-Organize vehicle allocation&monitor the vehicle logbook movement.

-Analyse the local market & keep an up-to-date database of local & regional suppliers.

Responsible for addressing the humanitarian impact of explosive remnants of war (ERW), small arms
and light weapons (SALW) through the delivery of Risk Education activities, and clearance destruction of
explosive threats
* Conduct direct outreach sessions and deliver training to the partners and target groups
* Train community focal points and key agents of change in methods, approaches, tools, and
technical aspects
* Support and closely monitor partner’s activities and contribute to event reports
* Lead the communications and coordination between HI and Libyan authorities
* Represent HI at relevant steering groups, meetings, training, workshops, conference, and other
events across Libya
* Participated in development of weekly and monthly activity planning and reporting
Responsible for Logistics, Finance and security of the Institute’s various programs in Libya
Accomplishments have included;
* Assisted in establishment of a domestic election observation operation center
* Assisted in coordination of an domestic election observation mission in Libya
* Assisted in coordination of an international observation mission in Jordan
* Performed comprehensive security assessments of several cities in Libya
* Supervised all NDI’s building and vehicles in Libya
* Supervised all procurement, logistics, event planning, and transportation in Libya
* Supervised the Operation team including assistants, drivers, security guards, and cleaners
* Coordinated visa approval process for all expat NDI staff and guest
to large network of independent retailers throughout Benghazi
and Tripoli. Accomplishments have included;
* Exceeded sales goals by 40%
* Designed showrooms to display merchandise
* Responsible for importation of merchandise from Germany
* Responsible for clearing merchandise through storage, and domestic marketing
* Directed decorative projects for various stores and shopping malls
