DSV is one of the world’s leading logistics companies, they have more of projects with VIP customers which we must be provided to them an excellent service level with zero errors.
I’m responsible for one of DSV projects with NUPCO for medical supplies with an area of more than 60k square meters with capacity of 120k pallet position ( Ambient/Chiller/Frozen).
we have totally manpowers almost +150 labors (SV-TL-MHE) in this project to serve the client for all of transactions per day for in and outbounds shipments in 24/7 days, we always has plan for emergency and urgent orders.
we receiving almost 39 trucks and 20 trailers per day and we receve almost 160 shipment and dispatching almost 100 trucks and containers to destinations.
We have target to close all transactions within 48 hrs (Receiving/QC/Put away/System Confirmation) same target in outbound the orders .
We take care to do training to our labors weekly for safety first and customer service and zero target.
In-charge for all receiving issues and the communication with the suppliers for RTV and DRTV
Supervision for all of operations in warehouse
In-charge for arrangement of all of product in our warehouse and contact with sales staff to collect the new products and display it on the sales floor
In-charge for all of delivery thru HD team and coordinate with them to improve our services, setting the plans with Store manager regarding the transportation cost and save our monthly budget, contact with DOA Department to setting the plans regarding the pending damage items.
In-charge to handle with receiving team the report of daily inventory and management the pending
Issues for delivery with DC
In-charge to coordinate with suppliers for any requisitions for all sections (H/A, S/A, Computer and
Electronic and Digital)
In-charge to setting the appointments for the suppliers and arrange the receiving process for inbound with receiving team

them, my target was achieve the target in mobile section and it's two part sales and service, the service is package included the Applications for smart phone mobile like the antivirus and social media
When I worked in extra I joined the digital section it's for mobile phone and camera and accessories for both plus MP3’s and iPods
After two years I joined to computer section AS assistant section head my job description was handle the problem from the customers and push the computer staff to achieve the target for our section and make requisitions for which products out of stock
After that I joined home appliances section AS section head my target in this section same
My target before in computer section but I add in my experience the oracle system and how can I use it in my work (RMS System

In-charge to follow up all financial issues for the store
In charge of training staffs with the SOPs of the vicinity as well as basic knowledge.
