The project comprises eleven separate building and towers that include a state of the convention center, shopping mall and 50- story 7- star luxury hotel. It also includes a Medical Center. a 250 key 5-star hotel, two Hotel suites buildings and five office building of varying height and size. The total built -up area of the project is approximately 680, 000 sqm and was designed with key sustainability factors taken into consideration.

• Supervised and monitored construction activities, and prepared punch list and follow up with contractors until the completion and handover stage
