• Contribute to the development of strategies and (internal and external) procedures that compatible with the Saudi government purchasing policies.
• Serve as the primary contact for procurement related questions, training, policy and procedure interpretation and alignment by all departments.
• Develop and communicate a procurement business plan; establish, communicate and implement long-term goals for the department in order to promote effectiveness and efficiency.
• Manage current procurement policies, procedures and programs with a focus on their ability to enhance organizational value and efficiency; meet regularly with respective departments regarding procurement for their understanding and/or recommendations to enhance policies, procedures and develop, communicate and implement new/revised policies, procedures and programs as needed.
• Manage purchasing transactions for all Divisions through (Etimad Platform).
• Managing and leading all the Procurement and Contract committees’ tasks.
• Participate in strategic planning, goal setting and budgeting processes within own area of control.
• Managing monthly reports and study and analyse positive and negative deviations and finding the optimal solutions to improve performance and results.
• Leading the team and stakeholders to the success.
• Direct the procurement functions strategic direction, development, and future growth in alignment with the Centre objectives and goals.
• Researching for new suppliers and products and Preparing reports.
• Make sure all Purchase Orders according to payment terms.
• Make sure of the payment terms are followed by accounts department.
• Following the applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures.
• Ensure a secure archiving of board and committee records.
• Building all sections under Supply Chain Department from scratch and issued policies and procedures.
• Provided hands-on executive and strategic oversight of supply chain operating unit.
• Monitored the performance of external vendor supply chains while handling internal logistics.
