Responsibilities:
•In charge of leadership and supervising a team of more than 15 engineers during all stages of design and supervision for the project.
•Supervision and project management for the projects.
•Develop the supervision process in the department.
•Preparation, implementation and monitoring of the supervision department as per strategy plan and supporting the implementation of the sustainability plan
•Preparing “Design Guidelines” for all disciplines (Architectural, Landscaping Structural, Electrical, Plumping etc.).
•Responsible for following up and monitoring all architects, engineers and draftsman during all stages of project design.
•Coordination between different discipline (Architectural, Landscaping Structural, Electrical, Plumping etc.).
•Responsible for preparation of Conceptual Designs of Residential Buildings, Commercial Buildings, Housing, Towers, Educational Buildings, Hotels, Landscape and Site Development.
•Coordinates with the Clients/Owners and get approval.
•Preparing of Detailed Designs and Working Drawings in line with Design, standers and Regulations.
•Preparing of "Tender Documents" (General Specification, Special Specification, List of Approved Materials, BOQ) in line with Design, standers and Regulations.
•Preparing of “Feasibility Study” in line with Budget and marketing requirements.
•Performing supervision sites visits during construction to solve problems comes up during construction, complying the design and shop drawings, quality control, safety control, and approve of materials samples for exterior and interior in line with Design and Tender documents.
•Coordinates and meet with Site Resident Engineer, Sub Contractors and Contractor to solve the problems comes up during construction.
•Coordinates with government and other agencies for approval like the Municipality, ADDC, ADSSC, ADCF, UPC and others.
