- Lead breakout discussion group sessions in assigned zoom live events;
- Respond to audiences of varying ages, locations, and backgrounds;
- Enforce the organization's community guidelines within the discussions;
- Communicate with spoken English Language proficiency in a friendly and confident disposition;
- Operate as a guide, questioner, peacemaker, taskmaster, and praiser in the sessions;
- Provide feedback and reflection post-event.

- Operate as a point of contact for clients;
- Communicate client needs and demands to the team;
- Make sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion;
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines;
- Keep records of client transactions and provide feedback and reports on them;
- Produce engaging, clear text for different advertising material for the team;
- Operate as a medium where language barriers exist.
