Plant & Projects Manager for Cement Plant of 6, 000 tpd capacity :
Responsible for total cement factory Operation, Production, Maintenance, Quality control, Utilities (power plant, water treatment plant, sewage treatment plant, STP plant, Fuel station & compressed air station ). In addition responsible for projects related to Cement Plant (modification, upgrade, new constructions )
- Project Manager for a 6000 tons per day green field Cement Plant Project on turnkey / EPC basis and 45 MW Captive power plant. Responsible for coordinating all project Technical aspects with contractors, consultants and UACC. I am involved in the project from day one starting from tendering stage through contracting, engineering, construction and, commissioning and performance tests.
- The project capital is 1, 250 Millions Saudi Riyals . It contains 14, 000 tons of reinforced steel, 110, 000 cubic meter of concrete, 14, 000 tons of structural steel and 56, 000 tons of mechanical & electrical equipments/machineries .
- Preparing all documents required to get governmental permits for the project ( SIDF, MCI, EIA, MOL, Saudi Aramco, Ecra ).
- Coordinates & review all project material receipt and shipping documents needed for custom clearance& duty exemption .
- Coordinates & review Manpower required from consultants & contractors side .

Plant manager for duplex paper manufacturing plant having capacity of 550 Ton/day, where 240 employees working under my management which includes the following responsibilities:
Plant operation and production
Plant maintenance (mechanical, electrical, instrument and automation)
Engineering Maintenance Planning(preventive, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, TPM, Analysis, Reports)
Utilities (Boilers and power plant, waste water treatment, RO treatment)
Implementation of Top management targets as per KPIs set targets and fulfill requirement of IMS and lean management.
Coordinates jobs with quality control and sales department.
Projects Manager in Gulf Cement Co. - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Looking after following projects:
Green Field Cement Plant Project - 5000 ton per day capacity, with investment more than 270 million USD.
Responsible for coordinating all activities related to the project such as Techno-commercial part, Review all offers, Negotiation with bidders, Coordination with consultants, Feasibility study, Geotechnical investigation, Short listing of contractors. And after that, assign a turnkey contractor for plant construction.
Aggregate Stone Crushers (each 100 tph) - Total 10 nos crushing plants already installed .
Iron ore & Titanium mine. Coordinate all activities related to assessment and exploration of an iron ore and titanium mine with the consultant. A suitable industry/factory will be decided in view of final recommendations.
Maintenance manger responsible for all Mechanical, Electrcal/Automation, Utilities, Planning and Spare parts required for the two Chinees Cement production lines each one having a capacity of 5000 ton per day
Look After complete project of 5000 t/day cement plant & 45 MW power plant starting from feasibility study, tender preparation, engineering studies, technical & commercial scrutinizing of different offers
Maintenance manager, where 220 employees worked directly under me in this department which includes the following sections:
mechanical maint, electrical maint, automation maint, civil & refractory works, power plant, water & sewage treatment & fuel handling, central workshop, warehouse & stores.
Further, plants upgradation/ technical consultation for the new Tihama cement plant project- 5000 t/day during construction by M/s Sinoma
Head of mechanical and civil works, Responsible for all mechanical maintenance and civil works in the plant and colony such as preventive maintenance, annual major shutdown, refractory and insulation works, plnning and follow up for spare parts.
Project site manager in charged in total engineering, civil construction, mechanical and elctrical errection and commissioning of a new European (FLS) 3800 ton per day cement plant in co ordination with with a repuated Swiss Consultancy Company.

Took responsibilities of various areas/sections in the Cement Plant starting from crushers, raw mills, finish mills, kilins up to packing plant.In addition to central workshop, copressors station and water/fuel/lubricants networks .
