•Assuring the endorsement of the lesson learned from previous projects in to the new projects.
•Following up with operation representative on the action points which are implementing from different engineering and HSE workshops like HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and 3D Module review.
•Updating and aligning the operation on the projects status and major decisions which are relating to the commissioning and handover.
•Aligned and endorsed scope of works between maintenance and brown field projects to avoid duplicate activities and production lost.
•Participants on PHASSER activities as
Control and instrumentation leading on design for projects across the company delivering excellence and resolving technical conflicts from an operational point view.
•Contribute on FEED developing to be aligned with company requirements and make sure to minimize the management of change (MOC).
•Technical authority for auditing, developing, and reviewing of control and instrumentation engineering standards, codes of practice and technical specifications to match the latest international codes and standards, current legislations and acquired experience.
•Conducted various studies and developed reports on instrumentation and control for asset owners and shareholders.
•Support HSE driven studies and workshops with expert input in instrumentation and control. Participated in HAZID, HAZOP, PHASER AND SIL studies.
•Managing commission strategy and project delivery to operation authority.
•Review & update the latest integrity and maintenance report audits on existing facilities to avoid any unaligned information.
•Major Achievements
•Upgraded all the accommodation Fire and Gas systems to addressable type.
•Replacement and upgrade of RTU SCADA for different well head towers at Zakum field.
•Implementing studies for intelligent oil filed Technology at new oil fields.
•Commissioning and handing over Gas Process Facilities plant.
•Involve and coordinate at 100 MBD development program which contains following projects:
•Water injection pressure upgrade. o Water injection capacity upgrade. o ZCSC De mothballing. o Power system upgrade for Zakum Filed. o Zakum 100MBD project. o New four gas injection wells. o New 32 oil production wells.
