-Improve and develop Revenue Management department KPI portfolio and maintain management reports using SAP XI4, PL/SQL, MsExcel, PowerBI, Tableau and Dremio.

-Involve in projects which provided analytical and reporting support to the development of the Revenue budget and forecasts.
-Conduct analysis on competitors and looking at previous trends and regressions related to financial results.
-Automate processes and built reports which help to monitor the number of passengers and revenue on a monthly basis by
Segmentation, Text and Data Mining.
