Main Duties:
Helping with proctoring exams, grading assignments/quizzes, reporting grades, and uploading grades to the system.
Allocating weekly office hours for each course to assist students with any difficulties.
Assisting with course files completion and compilation of accreditation documents.
Supporting faculty members in managing the course teaching activities by providing tutors inside and outside classes.
Main Duties:
Maintaining the system at normal pressure by changing parameters were the temperature of the reactor and C/S ratio.
Studying the effect of changing those parameters on rate of hydrogen been produced.
Taking a sample at each condition for analyzing by using Gas Chromatography analyzer.
Ensuring the safety of the equipment before and after the experiment process.
I worked with a group of students in this project (Graduation Project). The data was from Emirates Steel Industries (ESI). We analyzed the problems and started with making many alternatives. We choose the best alternative considering both the cost and the efficacy of the chosen alternative. I started to make mass and energy balance for the whole process. A detailed design for the equipment in the process was made by us. Moreover we did a cost estimation and HAZOP study for the process. Finally, the objective of this project was achieved by capturing good amount of CO2 and dealing with steel slag.
The internship was in three different factories (Exeed Litecrete, Exeed Precast and Exeed Geotextile).
Main Duties:
• Providing safety induction in each factory.
• Familiarizing with production processes for each factory.
• Learning about some ISO 9001 rules.
• Doing the inspection for raw material, pre-product and post-product.
• Writing a comprehensive report and making a full presentation in front of Exeed CEO and university professors.
I demonstrate my Master Degree in one of the best universities in Middle East and the best university in UAE. I increased my knowledge by taking other advanced courses in my field of study. I also did a project in regenerating amine solution by using microalgae for CO2 absorption which is mainly related to natural gas processing industry. I think right now I am ready to go to the field and start my new practical life.
I studied in UAEU for five years, for all of the five years I was first class student except three semesters. I was graduated with a honor by getting 3.75/4. I was trained in Exeed Industies for almost 15 weeks in three different companies.
