Assure safe operation for ammonium nitrate and nitric acid production.
-Prepare daily production report.
-Handle any production disturbance.
-Contact with maintenance team (if needed).
-Issue work permit for any job inside plant (hot, cold, vehicle entry, electrical isolation).
-manage shift man power (15 people) tasks.
-Report to mangers in case of serious issue
-start up and shutdown plants according to procedures
-Perform pressure test, soap test, flushing pipelines (air or water), purging with nitrogen
-Inspect (pipe line, vessel, reactor...)
-Prepare plant for startup.
-Compare P&ID`s with actual installation.
-Monitor lube oil cleaning cycle.
-Monitor tuning instrument of plant controllers.
- Facilitate the job of foreign contractor commissioning team.
-Start plant for first time.
-Diversy Part of SEALEDAIR
-Perform service visit at customer site to monitor chemical treatment for water of boiler and cooling towers.
-Adjust operating conditions (circulation rate, blow down frequency, chemical dosage…).
-Make surveys for new system (boiler, chiller, cooling towers...).
