• Care of entire employees in the Camp. Manage the attendance, arranging transportation, conflict management, materials handling.
• Responsible for purchasing of necessary stocks for the camp.
• Responsible for complying with all the Government regulation and inspections at camp Responsible for all aspects of the internal soft services operations at the project.

• Fill the Local staff Timesheet and attendance register.
• Responsible for the effective cleaning of the kitchen, the dining area, and stores, in accordance with the Food Hygiene and Safety rules.
• Ensure that the laundry schedule is carried out accordingly, instructing the staff on how to use the various cleaning products on a daily basis, draw to their attention the safety procedures during use.

Lead and manage operations which is known for uncompromising quality in all services including Food and Beverage standards combined with world class accommodation facilities, Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the hotel and operate the hotel in the absence of the General Manager following internal, regional and standard policies and procedures. Develop maximum profits through cost and labor control; maintain the highest standard of services to the guests, including maintenance, Food & Beverage Department and cleanliness for the guests’ rooms and associated facilities; maintain the highest standards of security for hotel patrons and employees

Monitor Front Office operation to ensure guests receive prompt, warm attention and personal recognition
Assist in monitoring and controlling, on an on-going basis, department costs to ensure performance against budget assist in the preparation of statistical, performance and forecast reports as necessary in order by following reservation department to facilitate annual budget and strategic plan preparation and provide management with marketing information.

Direct and coordinate the Rooms Division and coordinate with the Executive, Housekeeping to ensure that housekeeping procedures are established to maximize production as well as the Food & Beverage operations in conjunction with the General Manager to meet the daily needs of the hotel, including, but not limited to, staffing, forecasting, controlling, and supervision, regulate linen and housekeeping supplies and to ensure the cleanliness of the facility. Certify that procedures and controls are implemented for the laundry operation. Oversee departmental matters as they relate to federal, state and local employment and civil rights laws.
Pre-opening
Oversee the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards to assist the Front Office Manager to evaluate levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement and manage all front desk staff, bellman, guest relation, reservation and work schedules, policies, and procedures, monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office Team Members, Ensure regular and VIP Guests are recognized and that the Front Office department operates with a sales attitude and promotes the hotel brand’s loyalty scheme to maximize room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
• Handle all guest queries and requests
• Record all/any incidents that occur in the hotel, log and follow up with the Front Office Manager and/or Hotel Manager
• Ensure that all potential hazards are reported immediately, addressed and followed through to ensure issues rectified
• Know of all arrivals/departures and ensure guest names are used at all times
• Know the current availability situation at any given time, and also future availability
• Have complete knowledge of all hotel features and services including Food & Beverage outlets (menu, price range, promotions, opening hours), Business Center (facilities, charges), Spa/Gym (facilities, opening hours), etc
• Be familiar with all hotel room types, numbers, layout, locations, rates
• Be familiar with special packages, short & long-term promotions (hotel, outlets, spa), and pass on to Sales Department any possible leads which could develop into future business
• Know the hotel ethos to assist with site inspections when requested
• Manage up-selling opportunities, email capture and other Front Office initiatives
• Drive core values to positively impact both Employee and Guest Satisfaction scores
• Represent and/or assist Front Office Manager in all necessary meetings, as required, to ensure effective inter-departmental communication
• Maintain the ethos, brand integrity, core values and operational standards to ensure all Front Office areas are well maintained
• Liaise with Front Office Manager on all issues/feedback raised in internal and external reports, and Sterling guest surveys
• Ensure all Front Office work areas (front and back of house) and equipment are clean and well maintained, and report defective materials/equipment to Front Office Manager
• Monitor pre-registered arrivals and ensure all no shows are checked out and charged
• Meet and welcome regular and VIP guests
• Ensure Front Door entrance is covered at all times and bell staff are posted
• Ensure guest privacy and security, respecting confidential information and 100% compliance with Mondrian Doha confidentiality policy
• Ensure compliance with hotel credit policy and Standard Financial Procedures
• Undertake and complete any special projects, tasks or other reasonable request by Front Office and/or Hotel Manager, and be available for emergency call out
