or below the established budget, in accordance with contractual obligations and good
engineering practice, and in a manner satisfactory to the owners and the Company.
• I participated in the selection of and coordination with Designers / Consultants /
Contractors, Design review and enhancements.
• I arranged and led meetings, did value engineering, prepared reports & documents,
follow up the quality control.
• I succeed to achieve the projects close-out as per planned and as per the satisfaction
of the company including reviewing and approval of O & M manuals.
Projects (5 projects):
Da'em Residence Jeddah, KSA
- Residential complex project - Consists of 14 buildings / 120 duplex apartments.
- Land area 11, 186 sqm - Built up area 41, 686 sqm.
Liwan land development, Buraidah, Al Qassim, KSA
- Residential/Commercial District - Land area 2.4 million sqm - Containing 2, 070 units
including the infrastructure works.
I managed the assigned projects, assured on-schedule completion within or below the
budget, in accordance with contractual obligations and good engineering practice, and
in a manner satisfactory to the consultant and client.
• In addition to following site construction activities, staff management, preparing
submittals & materials, estimating, bills, surveying, correspondence and arranging
meetings with the consultants & clients, dealing with the subcontractors, solving the
field problems, dealing with the direct staff, issuing necessary instructions.
• I succeed to complete the Projects close-out as per planned and as per the satisfaction
of the Company/Consultants / Clients including submitting of O & M manuals.

Construction of 5 Residential buildings containing 60 units.
