Responsible for Drilling Exploration and Development Multilateral, Horizontal & ERD wells includes Well Trajectory Design, BHA design, Bit Selection Casing Design, Hydraulics Design, Offset Well analysis, Carrying out Techno-economics for Cost & Time optimization, Rig commissioning, Well testing, DST and completion, operation technical support and Rig Supervision as Rig Supervisor.
>Exploration projects:-
 Planned and delivered two exploratory wells in Mutriba Field & 5 wells in BAHRAH Field in North Kuwait, Utilizing 2000 HP rig to drill in this highly faulted field in Minimum stress direction to maximize the productivity, however all exploratory wells drilled in this field later drilled with 3000 HP rigs.
delivered the fastest exploraty well all over Kuwait BH-80.
Delivered these wells with 30% cut in the cost and added more reserve in this high pressure field considering drilling, coring, logging, DST, completion and all HSE regulation and zero LTI that's why got appreciation email from top management & discovery promotion team.
>PAD Drilling Project:-
 Developed, planned and supervised the operations of 10 wells as PAD drilling Project in the largest oil field in Kuwait, BURGAN field, Using 1500 HP PAD Rig.
 Coordinated with the reservoir engineers, Directional Company to Design, develop
directional well paths due high risk of Anti-Collosin and sever directional work in surface hole with losses and H2S potential, optimized directional work using of motor and RSS.
>Multi-Lateral Level 4 Project:-
 Planned & Drilled Multi-Lateral well MN-0202 in west Kuwait using Multi- lateral system with 3 latch coupling and 1500 HP pad rig.
 Managed to complete and secure the first leg L0 horizontally in Lower Burgan with 5 ½” ICD, isolated L0 with Retrievable bridge plug & installed retrievable whip stock, completed drilling highly slanted 8 1/2” hole of the second leg L-1 and after lowering 7” LNR with transition joint, due to the contractor running tool releasing mechanism defect we can`t release running tool and we had to sidetrack the leg and completed this challenging well as horizontal well with ICD and got 6000 BPD.
>Horizontal drilling injection Project:-
 Planned & drilled 2 Horizontal wells in North Kuwait, One of them classified as the fastest and longest 6-1/8" Lateral Section in Rawdatain field with 28.5% improvement in ROP.

 I`m Drilling and Workover Rig Supervisor, Supervise Drilling and Workover Operation Onshore and Offshore for Vertical & Highly Deviated Wells with Depth Rating of 3500 m TVD - 4500 m MD Performed All the Duties Pertinent to the Position of Drilling Supervisor for Drilling Vertical and Deviated wells. Supervise All phases of Drilling 23” 16”, 12”1/4 et 6” Including Running and Cementing Different Diameters of Casing 18”5/8, 13”3/8 Simple and Multi Stage, 9”5/8 and 7” Additionally Liners 5" and 7”. Other Operations Coordinated Included Logging, Completing and Testing Hole LOT, FIT, Integrity test and Different Tests on Surface, Killing & Controlling Well, Milling, Setting Cement Retainer and Cement Plug, Remedial job for CMT Behind the CSG & for Cellar Leakage, Perforation, Run Completion, Additional Duties Consisted of Monitoring Manpower Movements, Arranging Daily Meeting With the Related Groups on Rig.
