• Responsible of each model jigs shipment from china, developing Jigs and Fixtures if needed.
• Daily online analysis and giving on time control measures in case of abnormals.
• familiar and daily operating with MES system.
• Responsible for process KPIs related to the assembly and packing process.
• Improving the assembly process and implementation of the process requirements to
meet the products specifications.
• Training the production team for improving the process and achieving the target.
• New Product Development, Quality Control, and process analysis.
• FMEA & PFMEA during process analysis and any process change.
• Manage and reconcile the production plan at all sections through production

• Implementing systems for monitoring process and controlling resources to achieve

• Initiating the process of the new models and initiating the SOPs and process guidance
for the assembly and packing process.
• Technical improvements in their upcoming products and services.
• Controlling and improving any abnormal related to structure, appearance, and process.
• Controlling and improving the loss rate for the production process.
• Assign tasks to the rest of process team as a leader of process.
• Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and
labor required.
• Manage and reconcile the production plan at the production sections through
production information control.
• Leads the production to achieve the process target, production plan, maintenance.
• Reporting the weekly and monthly KPIs and process related data through meetings
with all the overseas factories and China head office.
• Responsible for providing daily reports of work to ensure the Process is in compliance
with plans and specifications.
• Proactive and alert Process management professionals to issues that may come up.
• Develop and track material, equipment and drawings by use or submittal schedules for
material, equipment, and any related abnormal improvement to vendors.
• Team member of projects for saving costs by providing local suppliers for materials
that mother company sends from China.
• Ensure strict adherence to relevant industry quality standards including strict
adherence to health, safety and environment regulations.
• Responsible for the ISO requirements and department representative for ISO standard
implementation.

Initiating the maintenance schedule and activities and all the maintenance
activities in the department.

Responsible for all the injection molding machines, Automatic Assembly and packing
machines maintenance according to the schedule of maintenance
Follow up and Supervise all the maintenance activities in the department
Involved in the strategic utilization and deployment of available resources to achieve
production objectives.
Implementing systems for monitoring process and controlling resources to achieve
Productivity improvement
Installing new equipment& monitoring progress, implementing quality tools to ensure
deliverables quality.
Assisting the Production executive in working with all departments including
estimating, scheduling, procurement.
Keeping abreast of the latest technology developments to ensure the company sees
available opportunities for
technical improvements in their upcoming products and services.
